This website runs on Firebase Hosting, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The provider processes the data on our behalf under the Firebase Data Processing and Security Terms, which form part of the Firebase Terms of Service and serve as a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

When the website is accessed, access data is automatically stored in server log files: the IP address of the requesting device, the date and time of access, the name and URL of the file retrieved, the volume of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, the browser and version used, the operating system, and the previously visited page (referrer).

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the technically secure, stable and uninterrupted operation of the website and in defending against attacks. This data is not merged with other data sources and is not evaluated for advertising purposes.

When using Firebase Hosting, a transfer of data to third countries — in particular the United States — cannot be ruled out. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR apply in addition.

This website uses TLS encryption (indicated by "https://" in the address bar) so that data transmitted between your browser and the server cannot be read by third parties.

This website sets no cookies. Neither technically necessary nor analytical or advertising cookies are used. Consent pursuant to § 25 TDDDG is therefore not required and no cookie banner is needed.

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide — such as your name, contact details and the content of your enquiry — solely in order to respond to your request.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR for general enquiries, and Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract.

Server log files are automatically deleted or anonymised after a short period. Enquiries by email or telephone are retained for as long as necessary to handle them. Where statutory retention obligations apply — for example commercial or tax law periods of six to ten years — the data is retained for the duration of those periods and deleted thereafter.

Access to the data processed (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).

You also have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR).

Independently of the above, you may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
